Depth Chart: Preseason 4, Tampa Bay

ASHBURN – Tim Hightower, whom head coach Mike Shanahan hinted would be the starting running back when the Washington Redskins begin their season Sept. 11 against the New York Giants, was listed atop the depth chart at the position when the team released its pre-Tampa Bay two-deep on Monday.
Hightower has held the spot each of the first three weeks, but Ryan Torain, who broke his left hand early in training camp, returned to practice on Saturday and was listed ahead of rookie Roy Helu as the third running back.
The team did not list its kick and punt returners on this week’s chart, though Terrence Austin, Anthony Armstrong and Niles Paul all figure to see time returning punts and kicks against the Buccaneers.
