This morning marks the start of a new email newsletter from The Free Lance-Star. Healthy Life Virginia is modeled after Bill Freehling’s popular Fredericksburg Business Insider.
Janet Marshall, editor of our Health Living section, is the editor of Healthy Life Virginia. She will send it out five mornings a week.
