Please bear with me if you’ve visited the blog after seeing a teaser for a post related to Monday’s story about the program Saturday on Bridging the Chasm: A Public Conversation about Freedom, the Civil War, and its Complicated Legacy.
After an unexpectedly longer Sunday evening than I anticipated working on a couple of other projects, I need to catch a little shut-eye before I hit the keyboard again.
It was an incredibly thought-provoking discussion at Spotsylvania’s John J. Wright Museum and Cultural Center, and there’s a lot more to be said about it.
I hope to file something early Monday afternoon.
