A Stafford County man will serve at least 10 years in prison for looking at graphic child pornography.

Kenneth Rodger Falknor, 33, pleaded guilty in Stafford Circuit Court Tuesday to 10 counts of reproducing child pornography.

The convictions carry a mandatory 10 years to serve and Falknor faces up to 200 years when he is sentenced in October.

According to the evidence presented by prosecutor Ed Lustig, Falknor was arrested in January following a raid at his home in North Stafford.

Hanover County Sheriff’s Office investigator D.P. Klitz was conducting online surveillance during the latter part of 2013 when he came across an Internet address that was viewing files that Klitz suspected involved child pornography, such as “toddler rape.”

Klitz traced the address to Falknor’s home in Stafford and contacted Stafford Detective Darryl Wells. Wells later obtained a search warrant and found at least 350 videos depicting child pornography on computers in Falknor’s room at his parents’ house.

Lustig said many of the videos showed children being brutally abused, such as one involving a beer bottle and a toddler.

Falknor immediately confessed to police and asked to be arrested right away.

Lustig said he told detectives he first got addicted to adult porn, but later moved on to bestiality and child porn. He said he’s been regularly viewing child porn since he was 16 and prefers children under 10.

Attorney Mark Gardner is representing Falknor.
