Missing Louisa teen returned to family
A missing 14-year-old Louisa County girl has been returned to her family safely.
According to the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office, Kayla Marie Sieg ran away from home with her boyfriend and was last seen May 11.
The two were located in the Mineral area around 6:30 a.m. Thursday morning after receiving a tip from a concerned resident, police said.
Kayla was returned to her parents in Louisa.
The boyfriend, who is 15, was taken into custody on a petition and detention order and is being held at the Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center.
