Stafford supervisors reset meeting dates
Tuesday’s snowed-out Stafford Board of Supervisors meeting won’t be rescheduled.
Instead, everything that was supposed to be discussed—including seven public hearings—will be pushed to the next regular meeting, Feb. 4.
The board will hold meetings at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the George L. Gordon Jr. Government Center, 1300 Courthouse Road.
Two committees had also planned to meet early Tuesday afternoon; those were also canceled.
The public safety committee will instead meet at 2 p.m. Jan. 29 in the county administration conference room at the government complex.
The finance, audit and budget committee has yet to be rescheduled.
The Tuesday morning dedication of the Rocky Pen Run Reservoir will also be rescheduled to a later date.
Meanwhile, last night’s Planning Commission meeting was canceled, and will be held at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 29.
