Vivify Burger & Lounge opens in Fredericksburg
By Cathy Jett
The paper is finally off the windows at Vivify Burger & Lounge, 314 William St.
Bistro Bethem owners Blake and Aby Bethem held a soft opening for their new, burger-centric restaurant on Thursday, and will hold the official opening Wednesday.
Vivify customers stand in line to place their order for burgers, franks, fries and shakes, then wait for it to be delivered to a table downstairs or on Fredericksburg’s first rooftop bar. They can also get their order to go.
Kids meals dubbed “Blabby Meals,” a combination of the owners’ first names, also are available. They include a slider, fries or homemade applesauce and a choice of juice or milk.
The beef for the burgers and dogs comes from Martin’s Angus Beef, a farm in The Plains, and the eggs and tomatoes come from Snead’s Farm in Caroline County.
