Stafford fire marshal seeks public’s assistance

The Stafford County Fire Marshal’s office is seeking the public’s assistance as they investigate a residential fire that destroyed a residence Saturday evening.

The fire occurred in a home located at 206 Beechwood Court in the Brookewood Farms Subdivision just before 6 p.m.

No one lived in the home and no injuries were reported.

According to the fire marshal, the fire was intentionally set and caused over $50,000.00 in damages.
