A 32-year-old Culpeper woman has been charged with felony distribution of marijuana and five misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after town police found about a pound of marijuana in her 2-year-old twins’ bedroom.
Soncerae Colclough, of the 600 block of Willis Lane, was arrested Thursday morning following a midnight raid, according to town public information officer Wally Bunker.
The five “contributing” counts were placed because of five children under the age of 12 living in the residence, Bunker said.
The children were placed with relatives pending the outcome of the case.
