Chain-reaction wreck in Stafford backs up 95 North
A five-vehicle accident backed up the northbound side of Interstate 95 in Stafford County late Thanksgiving morning.
The wreck occurred about 11:20 a.m. about two miles north of the Garrisonville Road interchange, said State Police Sgt. F.L. Tyler. A Buick hit the back of a Neon, causing a chain-reaction pile-up that left five vehicles damaged.
The driver of the Buick had minor injuries and was taken to Stafford Hospital. She was charged with reckless driving. Nobody else was injured or charged, Tyler said.
