DOWNTOWN TRICK OR TREATING
Saturday, Oct. 27, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Event starts in the 200 block of Hanover Street, where kids in costume can pick up their trick-or-treat bags, play in a moon bounce and enjoy music. Join community policing officers and downtown retail merchants as you go door-to-door downtown for plenty of treats.
PUMPINPALOOZA
Sunday, Oct. 28, 1 to 4 p.m.
This annual event is put on by students in the University of Mary Washington’s Community Outreach and Resources group (COAR). Students guide the children (and their parents) through on-campus trick-or-treating stations. Expect plenty of treats, snacks and crafts. Meet at Great Hall on the Fredericksburg campus.

The Spotsylvania Towne Centre teams up with Spotswood Baptist Church and Thunder 104.5 for this event at the mall. Carnival games, hay rides, candy and more.
