Spotsylvania crime report: 09/14/12-09/20/12

Capt. Mike Harvey with the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office issued the following report this morning:

Arrests Made September 14-20, 2012

Theft

On 09/14/12 Deputy Davies arrested Ms. Patricia Woolfrey 25y/o w/f of Spotsylvania for

petit larceny shoplifting from Wal-Mart 10001 Southpoint Pkwy.

On 09/14/12 Senior Deputy Medina arrested Ms. Jennifer Gillooly 40y/o w/f of

Spotsylvania for grand larceny shoplifting from the Giant in Harrison’s Crossing.

On 09/14/12 Deputy J. Arndt arrested Jackie Burner 51y/o W/M of Spotsylvania for

grand larceny from a construction site at Courthouse Rd/Smith Station Rd.

On 09/15/12 Deputy Tittle arrested Raymond Mungro, 18, B/M of Spotsylvania for Petit

Larceny from the 6900 block of Yeoman Ct.

On 09/15/12 Deputy Tillman arrested a 15, H/F of Spotsylvania for shoplifting at Kohl’s

and providing false ID to Law Enforcement.

On 09/15/12 Deputy Setlock arrested Irma Pratt, 52, B/F of Spotsylvania for shoplifting

at K-Mart.

Assault

On 09/15/12 Senior Deputy Wahl arrested Mr. Jonathan Hudgens 25y/o w/m of

Spotsylvania for felony assault on LE, obstructing justice, and following to close in the

area of Courthouse Rd. at Treemont Ln.

On 09/15/12 Senior Deputy Walsh obtained petitions on a 17, W/M of Spotsylvania for

domestic assault in the 11900 block of Hunting Ridge Dr.

On 09/18/12 Deputy Jeffries arrested McKinnely H Vaughn, B/M 77 from Spotsylvania in

the 6000 Block of Green Arbor Drive for Abduction after a domestic dispute.

Narcotics

On 09/14/12 Sgt. Assur arrested Ms. Penny Dowell 32y/o w/f of Spotsylvania for

possession of marijuana 4th offense and driving suspended 7th offense also arrested

Ms. Nicole Dowell 29y/o b/f of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the area of

Lafayette Blvd. / Village Dr.

On 09/14/12 Senior Deputy Wahl arrested Mr. Logan Karkenny 22y/o w/m of

Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the area of 4608 Jefferson Davis Hwy.

On 09/14/12 Deputy Frulla arrested Kyle Fisher, W/M 19 of New Hampshire, for

possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Leavells Road near Salem Station.

On 09/15/12 Sgt. Assur arrested Mr. Jamel Brooks 22y/o b/m of Fredericksburg for

possession of marijuana in the area of Harrison Rd. / Lafayette Blvd.

On 09/18/12, Deputy Greene obtained petitions on two 17 yo W/M’s both of

Spotsylvania on a summons for possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop at Salem

Church Rd and Danielle Dr.

On 09/18/12, Deputy Vasquez released Errol L. Kelly Jr 24 yo B/M of Spotsylvania on a

summons for possession of Marijuana at the Spotsylvania Towne Center.

On 09/20/12 Sgt. Assur arrested Mr. Jamal Gowdy 23y/o b/m of Fredericksburg for

possession of marijuana and driving suspended in the area of 5317 Jefferson Davis Hwy.

DUI

On 09/16/12 Deputy Polliard arrested Sean Morgan, W/M 28 of Spotsylvania, for DUI

after a traffic stop on Danielle Drive and Salem Church Road.

On 09/20/12 Deputy Frulla arrested Mr. Geoffrey Tibin 56yo W/M of Spotsylvania

County for DUI while investigating an accident at Plank Rd and Andora Dr.

Arrests

On 09/15/12 Sgt. Assur arrested Mr. Nicholas Lerardi 22y/o w/m for driving revoked and

failure to signal also arrested was Ms. Chelsi Huff 19y/o w/f for an outstanding warrant

from Spotsylvania in the area of Rappahannock Dr. and Taney Dr.

On 09/15/12 Sr. Deputy T. Medina arrested Amy Gallagher 49y/o W/F of Spotsylvania

for trespassing & obstruction of justice responded in the 7000 block of Silent Spring Ln.

in reference to a dispute.

On 09/17/12 Deputy Polliard arrested Winerd Prevard, B/M 20 of New Jersey, for

unlawfully carrying concealed weapon, possession of firearm by a felon, possession of

ammunition by a felon, altering a firearm serial number and two charges of child neglect

also arrested was Julie Vo, W/F 20 of Spotsylvania, for two charges of felony child

neglect in reference to a dispute in the 3600 block of Timber Ridge Drive.

On 09/18/12 Deputy Wright arrested Megan Thomas, W/F 23 of Spotsylvania, in the

area of 4602 Glenwood Cr. for drunk in public.
