Spotsylvania Crime Report: 09/07/12 – 09/13/12

Capt. Mike Harvey with the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office issued the following report this morning:

Arrests Made September 7-13, 2012

On 09/07/2012 Senior Deputy Carey arrested Ashley Fletcher, B/F 22 of Spotsylvania, at Macy’s for grand larceny.

On 09/13/2012 Deputy Papke arrested Rhonda Haley, W/F 40 of Spotsylvania, at the

Kohl’s department store for felony shoplifting.

On 09/07/12 Deputy E. L. Scott arrested Dangelo Brickhouse, B/M, 33, of Spotsylvania for felony domestic assault and felony choking in the 7300 block of Stubbs Bridge Road.

09/12/2012 Sgt. Hammond arrested Houston C. Lefear B/M 54 from Spotsylvania in

the 9000 Block of Shadowridge Ct. for Obstruction of Justice, Resisting Arrest, and Two counts of Assault on Law Enforcement.

On 09/13/12 Detective Cantrell-Turner arrested Baudilio Antonio Portillo Umana H/M

72 of Magnolia Place for aggravated sexual battery.

On 09/07/12 Deputy Hamilton arrested Dominic Brown, B/M 31 of Fredericksburg in

the 4500 block of Plank Rd on three felony warrants from the City of Fredericksburg

and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bobby LaRose, W/M 21 of Spotsylvania was also

arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving revoked (3rd offense) and

released on summons.

On 09/07/12 Deputy Woodard arrested Kimberly Faltz, W/F 21 of Fredericksburg

at the intersection of Leavells Rd and Harrison Rd on three felony warrants from

Stafford County and possession of drug paraphernalia. Carson Bennett, W/M 53 of

Fredericksburg was arrested and released on a summons for possession of marijuana.

On 09/07/12 Sgt Harris arrested Sheena Garnett, B/F 21 of Fredericksburg for

Possession with the intent to distribute marijuana. Najee Slade, B/M 18 of

Fredericksburg and Charles Ervin, B/M 18 of Fredericksburg were both arrested and

released on a summons for possession of marijuana.

On 09/07/2012 Deputy Morris released Tamara Carter 18 W/F from Spotsylvania on a

summons for possession of Marijuana in the 10000 Block of Lancaster Gate Rd.

On 09/07/2012 Deputy Greene released Cheryll Horton 20 W/F from Spotsylvania on a

summons for possession of Marijuana at Courthouse Road and Rollingwood Dr.

On 09/08/2012 Deputy Greene arrested Jamie Morris 30 W/F from Spotsylvania for

possession of Schedule II narcotics, possession of Marijuana, and a warrant service at the Days Inn Motel. Michael Lewis 30 W/M from Spotsylvania was also arrested for

possession of Schedule II narcotics and a warrant service.

On 09/07/2012 Deputy Wilson released Michael Fox 18 B/M from Spotsylvania on a

summons for possession of Marijuana at Patriot Park.

On 09/08/12 Dep. Carey arrested Susan Florance (27 YOA W/F) for possession of a

schedule 2 controlled substance (x3), possession of a schedule 4 controlled substance(x2) and possession of hypodermic needles (x2) in the area of Harrison Rd and Jefferson Davis Hwy.

On 09/09/12 Deputy J.C. Morris arrested Justin Lee McKenzie of Spostylvania County,

a 24 year old white male, for possession of schedule III narcotic, Vicoden and issued a summons for reckless speeding in the area of Courthouse Rd and Jefferson Davis Hwy.

On 09/11/12 Sgt. Assur arrested Naheem Fox 20y/o b/m of Spotsylvania for felony

possession of schedule II narcotics and possession of marijuana. Also arrested was

Zachary Mickens 21y/o b/m of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the area of Mills Dr. & Hospital Blvd.

On 09/12/12 Deputy Frulla arrested Jeremy Best, W/M 27 of Spotsylvania, for

misdemeanor possession of marijuana, after a traffic stop at the Wawa on Harrison

Road.

On 09/12/2012 Deputy Jeffries released Joseph Zuk W/M 34 from Spotsylvania on a

summons for possession of Marijuana in the 6000 Block of Quitman Dr.

On 09/12/2012 Deputy Durbin released Danielle Sheree Long B/F 19 from Spotsylvania

on a summons for possession of Marijuana in the area of Durham Drive and Wilmington

Ct.

On 09/12/2012, Deputy Greene arrested Terrance D. Bowles 48 B/M from Spotsylvania

for distribution of Cocaine, driving while revoked DUI related, and obstruction of justice in the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Mudd Tavern Rd.

On 09/13/12 Sgt Harris arrested Wendall Ellis 40 B/M of Spotsylvania for possession of PCP in the area of Olde Grenwich Dr.

On 09/13/12 Deputy Lettner arrested Pierre Armstead for possession of marijuana in

the area of Mine Rd and Falcon Dr.

On 09/11/12 Deputy Plunkett arrested Stuart Smith, W/M 47 of Spotsylvania, for DUI

and driving revoked after an accident on Stoney Creek Drive.

On 09/07/2012 Deputy Vasquez released Davis Rose 32 W/M from Spotsylvania on a

summons for Driving Suspended at Ni River Ld and Cattail Ct.

On 09/09/2012 Deputy Trippett arrested Seth Lillard, W/M 28 of Spotsylvania, in the

block of 13700 Black Meadow Rd. for reckless discharge of a firearm, drunk in public, and four counts of child neglect.
