ASSAULT:
7-Eleven, 905 Lafayette Blvd, 9/2 2:25 am. Officers responded to the parking lot for reports of a disturbance involving two females. The first responding officer found a Nissan Altima and a Chevrolet Malibu that both appeared to be damaged and she also found personal belongings strewn from the vehicles onto the ground. With the vehicles were two females who each had torn clothing and apparent injuries. The two females reported that they had gotten into a fist fight on Howison Avenue and then had each gotten into their vehicles to leave the area. Before leaving, the driver of the Nissan side-swiped the Chevrolet and caused damage to both cars. The Nissan then headed to the 7-11 with the Chevrolet following. When they arrived at the 7-11, both drivers got out of their cars and began fighting again. The driver of the Chevrolet reportedly grabbed a vehicle jack and struck the other female in the head with it just before officers arrived on the scene. Christina Lewis-Graves, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for malicious wounding and incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond. Talaya Turner, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery and felony hit and run; Turner was incarcerated under a $1000 bond.
