Father, daughter face drug charges in Spotsylvania

BY KEITH EPPS

A man and his daughter were arrested Friday after police raided their Spotsylvania home and seized seven pounds of marijuana.

The marijuana was found in a home in the 6800 block of Teal Court, Sheriff’s Capt. Mike Harvey said. Police got a search warrant after developing information that marijuana was being sold out of the residence.

In addition to the marijuana, $2,000 in cash and two handguns were also seized. John Cicilese, 63, and Gianna Cicilese, 31, who both live in the home, were charged with possession of more than five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and conspiracy. John Cicilese was also charged with possessing firearms while possession of illegal drugs.

As part of a separate investigation Friday, Harvey said, the Sheriff’s Office seized 3.5 pounds of KEIF from a residence in the 500 block of Olde Greenwich Drive. Harvey described KEIF as finely ground marijuana crystals with a high THC content that is commonly used in baking.

Aaron Lancaster, 31, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute in connection with that raid.
