Four men, including a father and son, have been charged in connection with the rape of two teenage girls in Spotsylvania last month, police said.

Justin Terry, 19, Kevin Golightly, 33, and Cesar Lopez, 23, are all charged with rape. Justin Terry’s father, 42-year-old Adam Terry, was charged with sodomy and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The four were arrested without incident Monday following an investigation by Detective Pattye Harper that began June 21, 1st Sgt. James Konicki said.

According to police, two friends, ages 14 and 15, reported that they were taken to a residence in the 2000 block of Hamway Drive in Spotsylvania last month by Justin Terry.  It was not clear how Terry knew the girls, but they are not related to him or each other.

Konicki said the evidence revealed that Adam Terry supplied the girls with alcohol. As the evening went on, police said, the four men took turns sexually assaulting the intoxicated girls.

The girls later reported the attacks and Harper found evidence supporting their claims. Konicki said the investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected.

The four suspects are being held in the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
