Storm will impact tomorrow’s commute

Wondering how the recent storm will affect your morning commute?

Gov. Bob McDonnell said during a 1 p.m. press conference today that he is working with federal officials to see if the government offices will have flexible hours tomorrow and if HOV lane restrictions will be waived.
