Stafford man charged with rape

A Stafford County man is facing rape charges in Prince William County.

According to a Prince William Police Department report, detectives from the special victims bureau responded to a home on Bronson Court in Woodbridge on June 23 to investigate a reported rape.

A 30-year-old woman told police she was sexually assaulted by someone she knew, who entered the residence through a secured front door.

Following an investigation, Ramon Lee Gladden, 32, of Bloomington Lane in Stafford was arrested and charged with rape, sodomy, object sexual penetration and burglary.

The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries, the report said.
