Four facing drug charges in Westmoreland
A continuing drug investigation in Westmoreland County has led to charges against three adults and a juvenile.
According to Westmoreland County Sheriff C.O. Balderson, a follow-up to a previous drug operation led to the following arrests:
Thomas L. Haris, 46, of Falmouth, is charged with five counts of manufacturing methamphetamines and two conspiracy charges. He turned himself in to Northern Neck Regional Jail on Monday and is being held without bond.
Jessica R. Kerbar, 22, of Colonial Beach is charged with two counts of distribution of marijuana and conspiring to distribute marijuana. She was arrested by the New York State Police on Tuesday at her job in Springville, NY.
Enrice Veney, 31, of Farnham, is charged with distributing crack cocaine and conpiracy to distribute crack cocaine. He turned himself in to the Northern Neck Regional Jail this morning.
A 16-year-old is charged with two counts of distributing marijuana.
Balderson said these arrests are in conjunction with two methamphetamine labs that were shut in down in the Placid Bay subdivision in September.
The Tri-County Taskforce participated in the operation, Balderson said.
