LOUISA, VIRGINIA – In the wake of yesterday’s 5.9 magnitude earthquake, Louisa County Parks and Recreation will be opening its child care program tomorrow morning for children K-6th grade at the Betty Queen Center. The program will run from August 25 through September 2, 2011, while the public schools are closed. Hours of operation are 6:45 am to 6:30 pm weekdays.
Children need to bring a bag lunch. Morning and afternoon snack will be provided. If the child is not already registered for KidzQuest Before or After School 2011, parents need to allow enough time to register on site.
Special Fee structure for this program:
$15 for first child, $10 for second child, $5 for the third child from the same family per day.
