Women open business offering custom workouts
Two personal trainers have opened a business called m&mXtreme that’s geared at simplifying the contest preparation process for all aspiring bodybuilders, and physique, figure and bikini athletes.
Medina Roberts, the former fitness director at Sport & Health Club in Fredericksburg, is the president and founder. She’s joined by Maureen Pfahler, a Stafford County physical education teacher, who is vice president for the business.
m&mXtreme opened this week and is located at 7851 Dolley’s Court, off State Route 3 in King George. The two trainers provide one-on-one assistance, by appointment only.
