New use for old phones

The DECA chapter at King George High School continues to collect used, old and even broken cell phones to pass along to the Rappahannock Council on Domestic Violence. The council gives the phones to abuse victims, who use them to call for help in emergencies.

Donors can drop the used phones off at the high school or contact DECA Advisor Dee Strauss to arrange pickup. Call 775-3535, ext. 2103,  or 540/903-0573.
