If you’re interested in the relationship between media/advertising images and our culture’s obsession with thinness and dieting, registered dietitian Kelley Raetzsch is hosting a free screening and discussion of the short film “Slim Hopes: Advertising and the Obsession with Thinness.”
The showing will take place at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Grace Counseling Center in Kairos Hall, at 1125 Heatherstone Drive behind BJ’s on Route 3. Adults and teens who are accompanied by adults are welcome.
