Solving the dinner problem

So you want to serve a balanced meal to your family. And you want it to be easy to prepare. And you want it to have enough variety to satisfy everyone’s preferences.  And it has to be tasty.

This Sunday in Healthy Living, dietitian  Jennifer Motl will share five recipes for healthy, quick, tasty weeknight meals. None are intimidating in terms of the cooking skills needed to prepare them. And one includes chocolate. Personally, I plan to clip her column from the paper and save it, so I can pull it out on evenings when I need meal ideas.
