Mourning during the holidays
If the loss of a loved one has you dreading or feeling anxious about the upcoming holiday season, a workshop on Saturday could help you out. Called “Coping with Grief at the Holidays,” the seminar will help people:
- understand how the holidays affect grief
- learn ways to cope with grief during the holidays
- share life-affirming stories
The gathering will take place Saturday (Nov. 13) from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library headquarters, at 1201 Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg.
