Fewer sick days
This just in: A new report says that a daily, brisk walk is a terrific – maybe the best — way to keep from getting sick in the winter. The report and its authors suggest that briskly walking for 30 to 45 minutes a day boosts your immune system and lowers your risk of getting sick — and lessens the severity of any sickness you do catch.
