TRIVIA TIME: Answer
I’m wrapping up here from Liberty University’s Williams Stadium. I wanted to answer the trivia question for our loyal followers before getting back on the road for Fredericksburg. The question was:
James Monroe is one of four Fredericksburg area high school football teams to play in multiple state title games since 1970. Name the other three.
The answer is … drumroll please … Courtland, Spotsylvania and Essex.
Here’s a compilation of the Fredericksburg-area high schools that have played in VHSL football championship games.
