JM trounces Tabb in Monday afternoon action

This just in from our friends at the Daily Press in Newport News. James Monroe crushed Tabb this afternoon, 59-20, in a game that was postponed because of Hurricane Irene.

A’Darius Brown scored three touchdowns for the Yellow Jackets. The first came on a 90-yard kickoff return to open the game. He then added touchdown runs of 41 and 57 yards.

Julian Bumbrey added a pair of touchdowns for JM, and DeMontaz Brown hit Kasine Conway for a 62-yard score. For the full boxscore, check tomorrow’s Free Lance-Star.
