Chancellor Elementary preschoolers sing for School Board
Preschoolers at Chancellor Elementary School performed a handful of songs for the Spotsylvania School Board at its meeting Monday night.
The children, in an early childhood special education class, delighted board members.
The school division highlights different groups of children and instructional programs at its meetings.
