Spotswood Elementary closed Monday because of power outage
All summer programs at Spotswood Elementary have been cancelled for Monday because of a power outage, Spotsylvania County schools spokeswoman Rene Daniels said Sunday.
Summer programs at other Spotsylvania County schools will take as place as scheduled, she said.
