Spotsy High recognized for Relay for Life efforts
Spotsylvania High School was just recognized for its fundraising efforts through the Relay for Life program.
A school representative shared that the school’s goal the first year was to raise $24,000 but that it raised $42,000. The second year, the school raised $71,880, which is what earned it the recognition from the American Cancer Society.
This school year’s relay will be held on April 20 with a fundraising goal of $76,500.
