Parkside attendance zones to change
Last night, the Spotsylvania school division laid out a proposal for realigning the attendance zones for Parkside Elementary School because it’s currently at capacity and projected to exceed it for the 2011-12 school year.
Under the plan, 254 students would go to Spotswood and Lee Hill elementaries instead of Parkside.
At 6:30 p.m. tonight, parents can attend a forum at Parkside Elementary to hear the details and provide their input.
