Indy superintendent’s retirement raises eyebrows
A reader sent me a message this morning about the retirement package of a school superintendent in Wayne, Ind. It seems that superintendent renegotiated his contract before he retired from the school division and now holds the position of “superintendent emeritus” and is getting big bucks for it.
The article says Wayne Township School Superintendent Terry Thompson got a $1 million package.
