Germanna breaking ground for new building Friday
Germanna Community College will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday for its third academic building on its campus in Spotsylvania County.
Gov. Bob McDonnell will be among the elected officials on hand for the afternoon event at what’s known as the Fredericksburg-area campus. It’s located off U.S. 17 in the Massaponax area.
