Still time to weigh in on priorities for next superintendent

The Spotsylvania school division is reminding people that time’s running out to complete the online survey for the next superintendent. The survey is open to anyone in the community. You don’t need to have children in the division to offer your opinion on what you’d like to see in the next superintendent.

The cutoff date for the survey is Nov. 1. To fill it out, go to

Superintendent Jerry Hill retires at the end of this school year. The School Board has begun its hunt for his replacement and has hired a consultant to assist with the process.

Results of the survey will be shared with the School Board at its Nov. 22 meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m.
