Germanna, Rappaport Companies christen new facility at Central Park Corporate Center

Germanna President David Sam and GCC Educational Foundation President Jane Wallace cut the ribbon at the college’s new Central Park offices.

 Germanna Community College officially opened new Central Park offices for its  Educational Foundation and Marketing and Public Information  Tuesday in the Central Park Corporate Center at 1320 Central Park Blvd., across from Funland.  WATCH VIDEO.

GCC has campuses at Massaponax and Locust Grove and centers in Stafford and Culpeper. No classes will be offered at the Central Park location.

Germanna President David A. Sam thanked The Rappaport Companies for donating the space for three years. He and  Jane Wallace, president of the GCC Educational Foundation, cut the ribbon to open the new facility. About 100 local business people and  friends of the college looked on.

The Rappaport Companies hosted a cocktail reception to celebrate the  rebranding of its Central Park Corporate Center, welcome Germanna and introduce Shawn Carrington, its news  leasing and brokerage representative.
