Housemade whipped lardo with pumpkin seed pesto, toast

Rabbit springroll, pickled daikon, carrots and nuoc mam

Vegetable pot stickers, ginger ponzu

Second course:

watercress salad with fuji apples and manchego

Roasted beet salad with herbed chèvre and arugula

Marinated local mushrooms with pepper thyme vinaigrette

sweet potato-coconut-miso soup

Main:

Tempura cod with watercress and miso vinaigrette

Shrimp & Grits, vintage cheddar grits, pancetta and green onions

Duck Breast with ginger-scallion dressed udon noodles

Braised Shortribs, sticky rice, scallion kim chi
