Spotsylvania to add weekday market at hospital
Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center will be the site of a new weekday farmers market in Spotsylvania County this year.
Starting May 16, the new market will run every Wednesday from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the hospital.
This will be in addition to the main Spotsylvania farmers market, which opens for the season April 21, and will run Saturdays from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the commuter lot at the intersection of Gordon Road and State Route 3.
We’re in the process of putting together our farmers market information for the 2012 season. Most of these markets will open next month, so get your shopping baskets ready!
