Food News: What would be Wegmans’ perfect partner?

You’ve probably never noticed it, but there’s unused empty space on the far left side of the building that houses Wegmans in Celebrate Virginia. Bill Freehling reports that the grocer has determined it doesn’t need that space, and is looking for a tenant to lease it to. Those close to the matter say higher-end retailers have expressed interest, but no deal has been signed. Fredericksburg.com polled its Facebook followers, and they overwhelmingly asked for a Cheesecake Factory. What would you like to see there?
