New advice on canning, and recipes

Are you planning to preserve summer fruits and vegetables through canning? We have run a couple of stories lately that urge you to refresh yourself on current canning science to ensure a safe stock.

Kim Elkins wrote this column on new canning rules last month and today, Cathy Dyson shares this story from a canning workshop in King George County.
