Food Network has added to the giant stack of cookbooks about making quick, easy meals. Beverly Meyer reviews the network’s “Great Easy Meals.” Selling points include a table of contents with pictures of every recipe and a chapter on 10-minute desserts.

Home bread bakers who are interested in using Virginia-milled flours, Miller Farms Market recently started selling flours from Big Spring Mill in Elliston, Va. More information here.
