NO ONE HURT IN SPOTSY BLAZE
No one was injured when a single-story home caught fire in Spotsylvania County on Saturday.
It was reported at 12:24 p.m., and the first firefighters arrived 12 minutes later, Battalion Chief Jeff Carter said.
No one was home at the time, and the fire was contained to one room, he said.
The 1,179-square-foot home near Lake Anna was built in 1953. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
