News and notes from Fredericksburg's entertainment scene
Easter events calendar for the Fredericksburg area
Folks in and around the Fredericksburg area have made sure that the Easter Bunny has a full schedule this season and plenty of opportunities to get to meet and greet the little ones.
In addition to the city’s and counties’ parks and recreation facilities, Easter activities will be hosted in unique, exciting venues. These include the scenic state and city parks, a local farm (complete with hay- rides), and even two historic landmarks—the Kenmore plantation and Stratford Hall.
Just as varied as the venues are the unique events that the Easter planners have conceived, including an Easter egg hunt for dogs, a “beeping” egg hunt for visually impaired children and a daylong Eggsplosion that features egg hunts by age cohorts, inflatables, pony rides and entertainment.
Mr. Bunny sends his regards and hopes he will be able to meet you and your family at one, or several, of the following events.
