Volunteers needed to provide cheer for home-bound seniors

Orientation is coming up for new volunteers in the Senior Visitors program.

This free program offers home-based services for isolated seniors. Volunteers are matched with area senior citizens. And many seniors are waiting for a matching volunteer.

Upcoming Volunteer Orientation and Training sessions will be held on Feb. 2, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Feb., 21, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
