Bragg Hill’s homework help program starting soon

The Bragg Hill Family Life Center will begin offering afterschool homework HELP on Sept. 19.  The program is free and available to children in every grade.

HELP will be open every Monday and Wednesday afternoon that school is in session through May.   From 3-5:15 pm, children may come in for a snack, quiet homework time and reading with a volunteer tutor or staff member, activities, and a hot dinner.  Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons from 3-5pm, Bragg Hill  host Open Gym and provide homework assistance upon request.

The center hopes to recruit volunteers to help with the homework program.

For details about HELP–enrolling or volunteering–call Bragg Hill at  (540)371-3662 or drop by the office at 400 Bragg Hill Drive.
