Holiday Help

Just yesterday, my husband said, “Wait! Is Thanksgiving really in two weeks?” It seems like every year, the holidays get a little bit better at sneaking up on me. But they are just around the corner, and even if you always find yourself shopping on Christmas Eve, it’s time to start some preparations. The Rappahannock United Way has released its annual holiday help list.

Today’s opportunities: American Red Cross’ annual Letters to Santa Program

Sponsor a child ages 1-12 who needs help this holiday season. You can read their letters of holiday wishes and fill some of them. Last year, 765 children received holiday gifts through this program. Want to sponsor a child? Stop by one of these adoption sites:
