Daily Crime Report 8/13/2014

Recent police reports in Fredericksburg:

LARCENY:

300 block Falling Creek Rd, 8/11 – 8/12 8:00 a.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person rummaged through the glove box of his vehicle and stole a small amount of change and a hand tool.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1800 block Genther Ln, 8/11 – 8/12 6:30 a.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person rummaged through his vehicles and stole a quantity of loose change.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

800 block Grove Ave, 8/11 – 8/12 9:00 a.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person stole a piece of the entrance sign belonging to the homeowner’s association.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

700 block Amelia St, 8/12 8:50 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.  A contractor reported that an unknown person stole his bicycle from a job site.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

100 block Woodland Rd, 8/11 – 8/12 4:00 p.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person stole a handgun from his unlocked vehicle.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Central Rappahannock Regional Library, 1201 Caroline St, 8/12 5:00 p.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person stole his bicycle from where he had locked it under the canopy.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

Aamco, 429 Wallace St, 8/11 – 8/12 7:30 a.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person smashed a window on a customer’s vehicle.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.
