Daily Crime Report 4/3/2014

Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:

LARCENY:

2000 block Lafayette Blvd, 4/1 – 4/2 7:30 a.m.  A construction supervisor reported that an unknown person stole wire from the exterior panel boxes.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Mary Washington Hospital, 1001 Sam Perry Blvd, 4/2 – 4/3 1:30 a.m.  An employee reported that an unknown person stole her purse from an office.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

900 block Monument Ave, 3/31 – 4/2 11:00 a.m.  A resident reported that an unknown person stole a license plate from her vehicle.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ABC Store, 1416 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 4/2 4:00 p.m.  An employee reported that a male subject stole a bottle of liquor by concealing it in his clothing.  The investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:

1500 block Dixon St, 4/1 – 4/2 6:30 p.m.  A property owner reported that an unknown person broke a window on his house, apparently with a brick.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

James Dunkle, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1900 block of Plank Road.

ARRESTS:

Clayton Page, 26, of Greensboro, North Carolina was arrested for public intoxication and obstruction of justice.

John Eastwood, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Alexandria charging him with failure to appear in court.

Barbara McGowan, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
