Daily Crime Report 11/19/2013

Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:

LARCENY:

Hyperion, 301 William St, 11/18 2:00 p.m.  A customer reported that an unknown person stole two satchels that he left unattended at an outside table.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.  

VANDALISM:

Gordon Cemetery, 1400 Washington Ave, 11/15 – 11/18 11:15 a.m.  A city employee reported that an unknown person removed a grave marker from its brackets and moved the marker to another location in the cemetery.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1300 block Alum Spring Rd, 11/18 – 11/19 7:15 a.m.  A foreman reported that an unknown person cut the locks off two construction trailers on the site.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

FRAUD:

Fas Mart, 515 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 11/12 – 11/18 2:00 p.m.  A Spotsylvania resident who spilled her purse in a parking lot and lost her credit card reported that the card was used to make several purchases at area businesses.  The investigation is ongoing.   

ARRESTS:

Theophilus Thompson, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Tito Castro Rojas, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Niiadotey Newbold, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Victoria Lee, 52, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Kohls and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Timothy Cole, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Summer Fereday, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of heroin.

Tracy Wilson, 47, of Stafford was arrested for possession of heroin.

Jennifer Morris, 25, of Stafford was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.
