Daily Crime Report 1/25/2013

Recent police reports and arrests in Fredericksburg:


Buffalo Wild Wings, 1638 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 1/25 12:55 a.m.  A waitress reported that she checked an underage female who was consuming alcohol. The underage female was escorted out of the restaurant by security personnel.  A short time later, while the waitress was cleaning a table, three friends of the underage patron confronted the waitress and assaulted her by striking her repeatedly and pulling her hair.  A male patron intervened and removed the victim from the fight.  The assailants then left the scene in a white Nissan.  The victim was checked by personnel from the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad but she denied the need to be transported to the hospital.  The three assailants were described as one black female in her early 20s with long hair in a weave style and wearing a red pea coat; one black female in her early 20s, approximately 5 feet tall and 145 pounds with long straight hair; and one black female also in her early 20s.   The investigation is ongoing.


1100 block Brigadier Dr, 1/20 – 1/23 4:30 a.m.  A resident reported that the GPS unit was stolen from his unlocked vehicle.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

300 block Frederick St, 1/23 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  A property owner reported that the door knocker was stolen from the front entrance.   No suspects or witnesses at this time.


Aaron Minor, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for contempt of court.

Rudolph Steele, 28, of Alexandria was arrested for failure to pay child support.
